Above the clouds, light is closer and sharper. Snow throws almost all of it back at your eyes, and the thin air filters out less ultraviolet.

In Mountain, almost every frame is titanium: they keep their shape in the cold, the nose pads never slip and generous lenses keep light out at the sides. We kept the lines clean, so a pair looks as good at the hut as on the ridge.
The signature lens is G-15 green, the classic that keeps colours true. For snow and ice, the blue mirror cuts the harshest glare.
