How long does delivery take?

From 24 hours with Sameday to 1–2 working days with FAN Courier, Cargus or easybox. Delivery is free on every pair in the catalogue.

Terms and conditions
How do I return a pair?

You have 30 days. Write to us with the subject “Return”, we send a free courier label, and your refund arrives within 14 days.

Returns and warranty
Can I come in for a fitting?

Any time during opening hours, no appointment needed. We adjust temples and nose pads for free, for the life of the frame.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects in the frame, hinges and lenses. Scratches and drops aren’t covered, but we can repair them for a fee.
